Description

House at 16 York Road, built in the mid to late 18th century. It features pinkish-brown brick with a magnesian limestone plinth and a pantile roof. The building has two storeys and one window on the first floor. There is a 20th-century entrance at the end, which is topped by an oblong fanlight with glazing bars. The house has two sash windows with glazing bars, all set under cambered arches. On the first floor, there is another sash window with glazing bars. A ridge stack is present.
