Mill Farmhouse and Front Garden Wall

Mill Farmhouse and the attached front garden wall date from the late 18th century to early 19th century, with some alterations made in the 20th century. The farmhouse is constructed from coursed watershot rubble and features a 20th-century Roman pantile roof with stone slates at the eaves. It is two storeys high, with two windows on the ground floor and one window above.

The older section of the farmhouse is to the left and has quoins on the left side and part of the first floor on the right. It features 20th-century casement windows in enlarged openings on the ground floor, a shaped kneeler, ashlar coping, and a brick end stack on the left. The later section of the farmhouse is taller, with quoins on the right side. To the left, there is a six-panel door set in an ashlar surround topped with an open pediment supported by cyma recta brackets with paterae. This section also has four-pane sash windows with projecting sills and deep lintels, along with shaped kneelers and ashlar coping, and brick end stacks.

In front of the house, the garden wall is made of cobbles and features segmental ashlar coping that sweeps down at the sides and to the lower front wall. There are board doors in quoined surrounds on both the left and right sides of the wall.
