Description
This barn, located approximately 100 metres west of Acorn Hill, is likely from the mid-15th century. It is constructed of coursed rubble limestone and features a pantile roof. The barn has two storeys and three internal bays. A central projecting entrance with a pent roof forms a porch, which includes a six-panel door on the far left and slit vents, topped with ashlar coping. At the rear, there is a central segmental-arched opening with dressed stonework and a board door. Inside, the barn has principal-rafter roof trusses.
