Description

24 and 25 Undercliffe are 18th-century cottages. They are built of coursed stone with a gable end facing the road. The roof is covered with pantiles and has stone coped gable ends with kneelers, topped by three brick stacks. There are four windows, fitted with modern glazing and wood lintels. A modern door is set beneath a wood lintel. The gable end features a modern window to each storey, with rendered lintels. Two steps lead to a modern door with a hood supported by brackets. The ground floor has been rendered. The cottages form a group of local interest with numbers 23, 27 and 28, and 29A and 29B.
