Description

Little Thatch is a cottage likely dating from the late 17th century, with 20th-century modernization. The structure is probably built using a cruck-frame construction method. It is built of coursed sandstone rubble with a rendered plinth, and has a thatched roof with a brick stack at the left end. The front of the cottage is a single-story, three-bay design. A 20th-century board door is located to the right of the centre, with a small-pane casement window to its left. Three-light small-pane casement windows are positioned at each end. All of the openings are topped with painted timber lintels.
