Description

12 Granby Road is a 19th-century villa that has been altered. It is two storeys tall and has a double front with three windows, plus an additional window extension at the east end. The roof is hipped and slated, featuring projecting bracketed eaves. The building is constructed from grit stone ashlar and includes painted pilasters on the corners and a sill band at the first floor. The windows are recessed sash windows, while the ground floor has modern bow windows. The entrance features a painted doorway with pilasters supporting an entablature. Nos 10 to 12 Granby Road form a group with Nos 1 and 3 Silverfields Road.
