Description

This is a bridge located in Pateley Bridge, dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of ashlar stone and features three segmental arches, with the western arch not spanning the river. Pointed cut-waters rise as pilaster buttresses, topped with flat coping. The bridge has recessed voussoirs and a projecting band at road level. It crosses the boundary between the parishes of High and Low Bishopside.
