Description

Beechwood House is a late 18th-century house located on the south side of the A684 in Aiskew. The building is rendered and has a stone slate roof. It stands three storeys tall and features a symmetrical three-bay elevation. The central entrance consists of a six-panel door with a fanlight above, which has radial glazing bars and is set within a moulded architrave. This is flanked by tripartite sash windows that also have glazing bars. On the first floor, there are sash windows with glazing bars, while the second floor features unequally hung nine-pane sashes. All windows are set on stone sills, and there is an eaves band. The house has end stacks and one stack on the ridge.
