Description

Chapel House is a house, originally the minister's residence, dating from the 18th century. It is constructed of squared rubble with dressed quoins and has a stone slate roof. Features include kneelers and gable chimneys. The house is two storeys high with two bays, and contains recessed square mullion windows of 3 and 4 lights on each floor. A doorway with a plain surround is also present. The interior has not been inspected. A Baptist Chapel has existed on Cowling Hill since the 18th century.
