Description
The building is a garden pavilion located approximately 10 metres north of Settrington House, dating from around 1790. It is constructed of dressed limestone with a brick eaves course and has a slate roof. The pavilion is square in plan and features a plank door and a 12-pane sash window, both of which have timber lintels. An opening in the third wall has been blocked and is partly closed by timber doveholes. The roof is pyramidal in shape.
