Description
The building is a garden pavilion located approximately 50 meters southeast of Woodperry House, dating from the early 18th century. It is constructed of limestone ashlar and rubble and has a square plan with a single storey. The front is made of ashlar and features two round-arched doorways. It includes a plinth and plain bands at the springing line and just above the projecting keyblocks. The plain parapet is topped with a central square pedestal that supports a wrought-iron weathervane. The doors are adorned with radiating fanlights and thick glazing bars above fielded panels. On the left side, there is a blocked window with a plain rectangular architrave, and a similar window with an architrave is found in the rear wall. Inside, the pavilion contains a fireplace. This pavilion is one of a pair that flank the parterre at the back of Woodperry House.
