Description
Woodperry Farmhouse is an early 18th-century farmhouse built from coursed and uncoursed limestone rubble with ashlar dressings, topped by an old plain-tile roof. The building is designed in an L-shape and has two storeys plus attics. The symmetrical front features five windows made of coursed rubble, with a central six-panel door that has a rectangular overlight above it. The windows are renewed 12-pane sashes, all featuring stone flat arches. The hipped roof has a moulded wooden fascia, and the end walls are marked by large stone chimneys that project outward, with weathered offsets and brick shafts. To the left, there is a four-window rear wing that retains the remains of several cross windows. Both the main range and the wing have hipped roof dormers at the rear. The interior has not been inspected.
