Description

Phoenix House is a house built in the late 18th century. It is constructed of red brick in Flemish bond and features a machine tile roof. The building has two storeys and two bays. The central door, which is from the 20th century, is set within a 20th-century pedimented surround that includes a fanlight, which cuts into the original flat brick arch. All the windows are 16-pane sashes with stone sills and flat brick arches. The house also has shaped stone kneelers, stone coping, and end stacks.
