Description
Salutation Farmhouse is a mid-19th century farmhouse constructed from ashlar stone with a Welsh slate roof. It stands two storeys high and features two bays with quoins. The central entrance consists of a half-glazed door topped with a blind fanlight, all set within a stone surround that includes pilasters and a moulded architrave above. This entrance is framed by a Doric porch supported by two columns, complete with a frieze and cornice. The windows throughout the building are 2-pane sashes, each with stone sills and lintels. Above the porch, there is an oval tablet displaying the name of the farm. The farmhouse is also characterized by shaped kneelers, stone coping, and end stacks.
