Description

The gates, gate-posts, and railings at Millers House date from the 19th century and are made of cast iron. The railings, which are partly in front of Pear Tree House, feature spear finials. There are pedestrian and carriage drive gates, although one of the carriage gates is not in its original position. The gates also display a cross motif and spear finials. The gate-posts, which are square in plan, are formed by clustered bars and also have spear finials, with one post not being in its original location.
