Description

LUTTONS MAIN STREET SE 96 NW (north side) East Lutton 13/27 Manor Farmhouse - II Farmhouse. Late C18 with later C19 alteration and extension. Pink mottled brick, in English garden wall bond at front, the remainder in stretcher bond; pantile roof. Central-stairhall plan, 2 rooms deep with rear service extension. 2-storey, 3-window front. 6-panel door with divided overlight, in pilaster doorcase with console cornice hood. 12-pane sashes with painted stone sills and painted cambered arches. Dentilled eaves band. Coped gables and shaped kneelers. End stacks. Interior: open-string, winder staircase with turned balusters, moulded handrail and shaped tread ends.
