Description
Manor Farmhouse is a farmhouse built in the late 18th century, with later alterations and an extension from the 19th century. It features pink mottled brickwork, laid in English garden wall bond at the front and in stretcher bond elsewhere, topped with a pantile roof. The building has a central-stairhall plan, is two rooms deep, and includes a rear service extension. The front elevation is two storeys high with three windows. The entrance has a six-panel door with a divided overlight, set within a pilaster doorcase that has a console cornice hood. The windows are 12-pane sashes with painted stone sills and painted cambered arches. There is a dentilled eaves band, coped gables, and shaped kneelers, along with end stacks. Inside, there is an open-string winder staircase featuring turned balusters, a moulded handrail, and shaped tread ends.
