Description
Church Farmhouse is an early 19th-century farmhouse located on the south side of Main Street in West Lutton. It features pink mottled brick in English garden wall bond, a timber porch, and a slate roof. The building has a central-entry plan with a rear service wing and is two stories high with a three-window front. The entrance includes a six-panel door with a divided overlight set in a fluted doorcase, topped by a pedimented Tuscan porch. The windows are 16-pane sashes with painted stone sills and painted wedge lintels. A cogged brick eaves course runs along the roofline, which has end stacks and is hipped. There have been 20th-century alterations to the property.
