Description
Holly House is a farmhouse built in the early to mid-19th century, with later alterations from the 19th century. It is constructed of pink mottled brick in English garden wall bond, topped with a pantile roof and featuring rendered stacks. The house has a central-entry plan with a rear service wing and is two stories high with a three-window front. The entrance consists of a panelled door beneath a bordered overlight, set within a pilaster doorcase that has a console cornice hood. Above the door is a 12-pane sash window, while the other windows are 16-pane sashes. All windows have painted stone sills and painted segmental arches. There are end stacks on the building.
