Description
Manor Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the late 18th century, with alterations and an extension added in the 19th century. It features coursed squared sandstone on a brick plinth, while the extension is made of red mottled brick in garden wall bond. The house has brick end stacks and a pantile roof.
The central-entry plan is one and a half rooms deep, with a service wing added at the rear. The front of the house is two stories high and has three windows. It has a 20th-century board door with an overlight, flanked by four-pane sash windows with painted stone sills. The first-floor windows are similar but shorter, with the center window being blind. The ground-floor openings have segmental arches made of painted voussoirs, and the first-floor windows have painted timber lintels.
The rear wing is two stories high with two windows. There are board doors at each end, with the right door located beneath a porch and the left door featuring a segmental arch. Between these doors are two segment-arched three-light windows, while the first-floor windows consist of two lights with timber lintels.
