BROUGH WITH ST GILES BROUGH PARK Icehouse approximately 100 metres to west of Brough Hall

GV II

Disused icehouse. Late C18. Rubble stone and brick. Circular underground vaulted chamber with access hole in top. Superstructure of a single room of irregular rounded plan, with a flat side onto which abuts a brick barrel- vaulted entrance passage. Remains of stone slate roof.
