Description

This bridge, built around 1790, carries the drive in front of Brough Hall. It was designed by John Foss of Richmond for Sir John Lawson. The bridge is constructed from sandstone ashlar and features a single segmental arch with chamfered rusticated voussoirs. It has curving balustraded parapets that include blank panels and circular terminating bollards with rounded tops.
