Description

The Tank House at Settle Station, likely built in 1876, is a structure made of rock-faced stone. It features three bays by one bay and has a straightforward design with large recessed panels around the windows, which are supported by corbels at the top of each panel. The windows are fixed and include glazing bars. At the top, there is a heavy modillion cornice that is topped by a large panelled metal water tank.
