Description

Warwick House is a house dated 'T B 1769' on the rainwater head. It is constructed of coursed rubble with a Welsh slate roof and stands three storeys tall with three bays. The central entrance features a part-glazed door beneath a fanlight with decorative glazing bars, all set within a round-arched ashlar surround that includes imposts and a fluted keystone. On either side of the door are canted bay windows with sash windows that have glazing bars and ogee lead roofs. The first-floor windows are sashes with glazing bars set in plain ashlar surrounds, while the second floor has 6-pane sash windows. The house is adorned with shaped kneelers, ashlar copings, and has stacks at the ends and between the first and second bays, as well as terracotta ridge cresting.
