Description

This early or mid-19th century building, located on the east side of North Street in Ripon, comprises three adjoining properties: Nos. 20, 21 and 22. It is constructed of brown brick with a pitched slate roof. The building is three storeys high and features wooden brackets supporting a moulded gutter. It has five bays, each with sash windows containing glazing bars. A contemporary shopfront extends across the entire ground floor, incorporating moulded wooden cornices and Tuscan pilasters. This shopfront includes a central carriage entrance, one modern window, a contemporary window with glazing bars, and three doors with moulded panels. Above the doors is a fanlight with glazing bars.
