Description

This early 19th-century building comprises three storeys and occupies a prominent position on the south side of High Street. The main section is constructed of white-brown brick with a stone base, topped by a hipped tiled roof. It features three sash windows with intact glazing bars, although a modern window replaces an original on the ground floor. A doorcase is characterised by pilasters, a projecting cornice, a rectangular fanlight, and a six-panel moulded door. A two-storey portion extends to the left, and is partly tile-hung. The interior reveals are panelled, and a 19th-century shop front is present on the left side.
