Description

Piers Cottage, located at No 10 Sun Lane, dates from the late 18th century to early 19th century. This two-storey building is weatherboarded and features a half-hipped tiled roof. It has two sash windows that have verticals only and a simple doorcase. Piers Cottage is included for its group value, as it forms a group with Nos 12 and 14 Prospect Road.
