Description

Bridge Cottage is a house dating from the late 18th century, with a 19th-century extension at the rear. It is constructed of limestone rubble that is brought to course, and it features a pantile roof. The building has two storeys and two windows on the first floor. On the ground floor, there is a six-fielded panel door to the left, accompanied by a two-light Yorkshire sash window and a sixteen-pane sash window to the right. The first floor also has sixteen-pane sash windows. Throughout the building, there are timber lintels. There is evidence that the eaves have been raised, and the house has end stacks.
