Description
Old Farmhouse and attached outbuilding, dating from the late 18th century, is constructed of dressed sandstone with tooled quoins, while the gable ends are rendered. The building features a pantile roof and rebuilt brick stacks. It is two stories high with a three-window front, and there is a single-storey range to the left. The entrance is a part-glazed door located to the left of the center, which is beneath a divided overlight. The windows are 2-light, 12-pane horizontal-sliding sashes with painted stone sills throughout. All openings have painted tripartite keyed lintels, and there is a stepped eaves course. The building has end and center right stacks. The attached outbuilding does not have any openings facing the street.
