BIRSTWITH TANG ROAD (Northeast side) Thatched Barn 100 metres north of Tang House

Field barn. Mid C18 with late C18 addition. Dressed stone with ashlar dressings. Thatched roof. Single storey. Flush quoins and breathers. South front has off-centre doorway in flush stone surround with massive lintel and plank door. To left a building break with beyond an extension with another plank door in a flush stone surround. Blank gable walls to left and right. North rear wall has off-centre building break.
