Description
Sunnyview Farmhouse is a house dating from the early to mid-18th century. It is constructed of coursed squared gritstone and features a graduated stone slate roof. The building has two storeys and two bays, following a lobby-entrance plan. Notable architectural details include quoins and a central 20th-century glazed door set in a chamfered quoined surround with a shaped lintel. The windows are flat-faced mullion types, with recessed mullions; there are three lights on the left and four lights on the right, on both the ground and first floors. The farmhouse also has shaped kneelers, gable copings, and a large central corniced stack.
