Description

No. 74 Kirkland is an 18th-century house constructed from pebble-dashed rubble, featuring a plinth. It has a graduated slate roof, with a rendered chimney at the north end and a stone chimney at the rear. The building stands three storeys tall and consists of two bays. There is a panelled door located to the left, and each floor has two windows. All windows are sashes, except for the larger fixed window on the ground floor to the left. The sashes on the second floor are shorter, and all windows retain their original glazing bars.
