Description

Boxwood Cottage is a house dating from the late 18th century or early 19th century. It features pebble-dashed walls beneath a graduated greenslate roof, which has one stone chimney stack and one chimney stack made of 20th-century brick. The building is two storeys high and has two bays. It includes sash windows with glazing bars set in red sandstone surrounds. The right return wall has a 20th-century door also in a red sandstone surround. Boxwood Cottage is listed for its group value with Bush Cottage.
