Once part of larger building; C17 with later alterations. Sandstone blocks with quoins. C20 artificial slate roof with stone chimneys. Symmetrical 2-storey, 3-bay front has central C20 panelled door in chamfered surround under hoodmould with labels; carved panel above has geometric pattern in relief. Windows all originally mullioned 2-light under hoodmoulds with labels; only 1st floor centre remains intact, others have had sills lowered and C20 casements inserted. 2 original mullioned windows to north return's ground floor with mullioned and transomed 3-light window above.
