Description
Glenwood is a farmhouse that has been converted into a private house, dating from the late 18th century to early 19th century. The building is constructed from coursed, square rubble with quoins and features a graduated stone-flagged roof with stone end chimneys. The front of the house is symmetrical, with two storeys and three bays. It includes a part-glazed door set in a door case that has fluted pilasters and a bracketed semicircular canopy. The windows are margined sashes within stucco surrounds. A garage at the north end is not included in the listing, and a former cow-house and byre at the south end have been converted into cottages in the 20th century, which are also not included.
