House. Early-mid C19. Deeply-coursed dressed sandstone, now painted; graduated slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 windows to 1st floor; 3/4 outshut to rear with porch in rear-right angle. C20 glazed porch encloses wide opening in front wall; 6-pane sashes to each side have projecting sills and raised ashlar surrounds. 1st floor: one 16-pane sash and two 12-pane sashes treated as before. Gable copings; roughcast end stacks and ridge stack to left of centre. INTERIOR: stone stair within outshut.
