Description

Storch Bridge is a road bridge, now bypassed, dating from the late 18th century or early 19th century. It is constructed of dressed pink sandstone and features a segmental-arched hump-back design with a solid chamfered parapet. A central cast iron plate on the bridge is inscribed with "PARISH OF DACRE/PARISH OF GREYSTOKE." The bridge is located partly within the civil parish of Greystoke.
