Description

These are three 18th-century stone cottages located on Mill Hill in Appleby-in-Westmorland. They are constructed of stone, originally whitewashed, and now pebbledashed, and have a roof of old slate. Each cottage is two storeys high. The front elevation features three plain doorways and four windows on each floor. The windows are casements with stone mullions, each containing two arched lights set within rectangular architraves.
