Description
Nos. 37 and 39 Boroughgate is an 18th-century stone building that stands two storeys tall. The left side features long and short quoins. No. 37 has concrete architraves around its windows and a curved stair window at the rear. No. 39 includes an old doorway leading to a yard, which has a panelled door and a fanlight above it, along with one sash window on the ground floor and two sash windows on the upper floor, all set in plain stone architraves. At the rear of the property, Nos. 37A and 39A are similar in style but have been converted into separate flats.
