  1. Circa 1830. Painted stucco, with stone quoins, plinth and architraves. Plain dentilled wood cornice. Segmental stone portico with 4 unfluted Ionic columns and entablature. Entrance door with roundel tracery to fanlight. Four sash windows on each floor with glazing bars removed.
