Description

The Roundthorn Hotel, built around 1830, is a notable building featuring painted stucco with stone quoins, a plinth, and architraves. It has a plain dentilled wood cornice and a segmental stone portico supported by four unfluted Ionic columns and an entablature. The entrance door includes roundel tracery in the fanlight. There are four sash windows on each floor, although the glazing bars have been removed.
