Farmhouse. Dated 1816 with initials I.(&)G.M. over entrance. Incised rendered walls on stone plinth with raised stone quoins and V-shaped joints; graduated slate roof, ashlar end chimney stacks. 2 storeys, 3 bays. 5 panel door in quoined surround with keyed and dated entablature. Flanking double 2-pane sash windows have plain raised stone surrounds; sash window with glazing bars above entrance, with flanking 2-pane double sashes. Adjoining outbuilding left, is not included in listing; detached barn is listed separately.
