Description

Two houses, at one time a public house and now divided into flats, were likely built in the late 18th or early 19th century. The walls are painted roughcast, featuring angle pilasters set on a stone plinth. The roof is of greenslate, with coped gables, kneelers, and a rebuilt brick chimney stack. The houses are three storeys with two bays for No.1 and three bays for No.3. They have panelled doors with overlights, and sash windows with glazing bars, all within painted stone surrounds. Attic windows are without glazing bars; those of No.1 are smaller than those of No.3.
