Description

The forecourt wall, gate, and end piers at the front of Grindal House date from the same period as the house itself. The wall is made of stone and stands approximately 4 feet high on a plinth, featuring a moulded top rail. It includes four panels with slits, separated by square section piers on either side of a central gate. The gate piers are octagonal, each with a plinth and a corniced ogee top.
