Description
The lych gate, located to the northeast of the chancel of Priory Church, was built in the early 20th century and is designed in the Gothic style. It is constructed from snecked rubble and features quoins. The roof is made of graduated slate with stone copings and kneelers, topped with an apex cross above the east entrance. The gate has a single opening with continuous jamb moulding and a 4-centred head on the north, east, and west sides, and there is a double wooden gate at the east entrance. This structure is included for its group value with the church.
