Description

The walled garden east of Naworth Castle is likely from the 18th century and covers the site of a filled moat. The garden walls are made of calciferous and red sandstone rubble, standing 2 metres high on three sides and partly on a fourth side. There is a semicircular corner projection located to the southeast.
