The entrance includes an eight-panelled door divided into two halves, set within a doorpiece that has four Doric three-quarter columns on pedestals, topped with a moulded entablature and a pedimented cornice. Each upper floor has three sash windows, which are framed by moulded and shouldered architraves. This building is noted for its fine architectural character.
