Description

No 38 on High Street is a late 18th-century building featuring painted and engraved stucco. It stands three storeys tall and has three sash windows, each adorned with moulded keyblocks and channelled lintels. The left-hand side of the building showcases long and short quoins, and it is topped with a parapet. The ground floor has a late 19th-century restaurant front. This property is part of a group that includes Nos 30 to 46 (even) and No 50.
