Description
Croft House is a house and cottage that has been combined into a single residence. It dates from the 18th century and has undergone later alterations. The exterior features incised stucco and a graduated slate roof with stone copings and kneelers, along with stone chimneys at the mid and end sections. The building is two storeys high and consists of four bays. The entrance includes a panelled door set within an architrave, topped by a pedimented doorcase supported by Tuscan columns. To the left of the door is a sash window, while the extreme left and right have paired sashes with a wooden mullion. There are four additional sash windows above, all featuring glazing bars within their architraves. A 20th-century single-storey extension is attached, while the east end of the building is not of particular interest.
