Description

Ellerlea is a mid-19th century house located in Brigham. The house is constructed with painted incised stucco walls, featuring an eaves cornice and angle pilasters. It has a graduated greenslate roof and incised rendered chimney stacks. The building is two storeys high with three bays. A 20th-century door and overlight are set within an Ionic doorcase. Flanking the entrance are canted bay windows, surmounted by casement windows with glazing bars. Round-headed sash windows with glazing bars are positioned above the entrance.
