Description
Eden Croft is a house dating from the late 18th century, with early 19th-century additions. It is constructed of brick with stone dressings and features a graduated slate roof and brick chimney stacks. The building is two storeys high and has four bays, with a two-storey extension to the right that has three bays. The entrance is marked by two Ionic columns supporting a block entablature and an open dentilled pediment above a round-headed arch. To the left, there is a projecting double bay with a hipped roof. The windows have moulded surrounds, some with glazing bars and some without. A large dentilled cornice with a blocking course runs along the top. The right extension includes a projecting hexagonal bay with moulded stone surrounds to the windows, while other windows feature flat-headed brick arches. The extension also has a dentilled brick cornice, a hipped roof, and a chimney with oversailing brickwork. The listing does not include any outbuildings.
