Description
The base and part of the shaft of a cross is located in the corner of the churchyard, approximately 29 meters southeast of the Church of St. Mary. This structure is believed to be of Saxon origin and is made of ironstone. It features an irregular square base and a weathered, moss-encrusted stump of the shaft. The "Buildings of England" notes that the original shaft had some simple decoration, although this part is now missing.
